Exchange your jersey for a different size within 7 days — absolutely free.
Eligibility Criteria
- Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Jersey must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached and intact
- Jersey must be in original packaging
- No damage, stains, or alterations to the product
Exchange Process
Request Exchange
Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or through your account dashboard with your order ID and preferred new size/product.
Confirmation
We'll confirm availability of your desired size/product and schedule a pickup for the original item.
Return Pickup
Our courier partner will pick up the original item from your address within 2-3 business days.
New Item Shipped
Once we receive and verify the returned item, your new jersey is shipped within 1-2 days.
Delivery
Receive your new jersey within 3-5 business days from shipping.
What You Can Exchange For
Different Size: Same jersey in a different size (free exchange)
Different Product: Exchange for a different jersey of equal or higher value (pay the difference for higher value)
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Customized jerseys (name/number printed)
- Items purchased during clearance sales (marked 'Final Sale')
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Exchange requests raised after 7 days
Timeline
Total exchange timeline: 7-12 business days
