Not happy with your purchase? Return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Jersey must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be included
- No stains, damage, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized jerseys (name/number printed)
- Sale/clearance items marked as 'Final Sale'
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Items returned after 7-day window
How to Initiate a Return
Request Return
Log into your account → Order History → Select order → Click 'Request Return'
Select Reason
Choose your reason for return and upload photos if the item is damaged/defective
Schedule Pickup
Our courier partner will pick up the item within 2-3 business days
Quality Check
Once received, we inspect the item within 1-2 business days
Refund Processed
Refund is initiated after successful verification

Processing Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after item verification
Refund Method
Refund is credited back to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
