We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. Our delivery network covers metro cities, tier-2 cities, and most tier-3 towns. Enter your pincode on the product page to check delivery availability and estimated timeline.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹1999

Flat ₹99 shipping fee for orders below ₹1999

COD fee: ₹49 (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

•Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking ID via email and SMS
•Track your order via the link in the email or from your account dashboard
•Tracking updates usually begin within 24 hours of dispatch

Shipping Partners

We partner with India's most reliable courier services including Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Delayed/Lost Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeline:

1. Check the tracking status using your tracking link
2. Wait 2 additional business days (delays can happen due to weather/logistics)
3. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID
4. We'll investigate and resolve within 48 hours

For lost shipments, we offer a full refund or free re-shipment.

International Shipping
